Admissions and fees are connected for enrolled-student invoicing and collection, including configured online payments and generated receipts. Full coverage of mid-year admission, transfer, rollover, branch, scholarship and duplicate-demand edge cases is NOT VERIFIED and must be rehearsed before go-live.
Admissions and fee records are connected in the current application: enrolled students can receive fee structures/invoices, pay manually or through a configured invoice-bound gateway, and receive a generated collection receipt.
The existence of connected screens is not proof that every admission-to-billing edge case—mid-year joining, transfer, rollover, branch allocation, scholarship timing or duplicate demand generation—is complete. Review those workflows against your school's policy before go-live.
