The current product supports class-scoped fee structures, invoices, partial/manual collections, invoice-bound online orders through a configured school Razorpay or Cashfree account, installment plans, generated receipts, dues, governed reminders, fines, concessions, scholarship fee relief, refund approvals and management reports.

Accounting can register a masked/encrypted school bank identity and deterministically match a manually uploaded statement to its mapped asset ledger. That is not an automatic bank feed or provider net-settlement import. Gateway confirmation updates the invoice only after provider evidence, while actual bank credit, deductions, notification delivery, WORM retention and a complete live mandate operator workflow require separate evidence and are not claimed.
