2. Set up your templates. Register a DLT template for each SMS message type and a Meta-approved WhatsApp template. Ready-made default messages — fee receipt, fee reminder, overdue notice, consent, announcement — come with fill-in placeholders you can customise for your school.
3. Compose a broadcast. In Communication → Announcements, add a title and body, pick your audience (the whole school, a single class, or any group you choose), and select the channels — WhatsApp, SMS, or both. Publishing fans out to every guardian in that audience, with no recipient cap, so a whole-school notice is as easy as messaging one class.
4. Turn on delivery reports. Copy the delivery-report links shown in your Communication settings and paste them into your MSG91 console. Sent, delivered, read, and failed statuses then flow back on their own, and parent replies are captured.
5. Track your results. Open any announcement to see its delivery rate and read rate, and use the message log and stats view to review everything you have sent.
