Product scope

What it does

A ledger-integrity store, not a spreadsheet: every stock movement is an append-only ledger row, valuation is perpetual weighted-average cost driven by goods receipts, and store-outs go through an issuance queue where a second person approves, so stock only decrements on approval. Purchase orders receive into stock, post supplier payables, and mirror into the school's books.

The school problem

School teams need a dependable way to handle Inventory Management: Track stock and issue. The required records, assigned roles and review boundary must remain explicit.
