Vidyapeeth360 is an India-first school-management platform built by HelpRevX Software Private Limited. It brings admissions, student records, attendance, fees, examinations, report cards, HR, transport, campus operations, communication, and governed AI assistance into one connected system.
The public product scope is designed primarily for K–12 school operations. A college, preschool, coaching institute, school group, or other institution should confirm its curriculum, regulatory, workflow, and rollout fit during the product review rather than assume every school workflow applies unchanged.

Built for India
Vidyapeeth360 includes fields and controlled workflows that can help a school prepare records for UDISE+ and APAAR, configure fee and payroll calculations, review communication consent, and connect supported payment or messaging providers. The School and its advisers remain responsible for statutory classification, tax treatment, filings, DLT/template approval, government submission, and reconciliation of provider or bank evidence. The Platform does not generate an APAAR ID or prove government, tax, messaging-carrier, or bank acceptance.
Hosting, backup, optional provider, and data-location details are deployment-specific and documented before go-live. Product controls can support a School's privacy programme, but use of Vidyapeeth360 is not by itself a certification of compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or any other law.
