Cookie Policy

Effective date: 18 August 2026Powered by HelpRevX Software Private Limited

This Cookie Policy explains how HelpRevX Software Private Limited ("HelpRevX," "we," or "our") uses cookies, local storage and session storage when you visit our public website (vidyapeeth360.com) or sign in to a Vidyapeeth360 portal.

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data relating to school administrators, staff, parents and students.

1. Cookies and Browser Storage

Cookies are small data files placed on your device. Local storage persists until it is cleared, while session storage normally lasts for the current browser session. Vidyapeeth360 uses these technologies for secure sessions, user-requested device preferences and—only with consent—public-site analytics and session replay. Certain embedded services (the optional page-translation widget, where enabled bot protection on public forms, and an optional brand typeface a school may choose for its own pages) load content from third-party servers as described in Section 2. We do not use browser or device fingerprinting for tracking.

2. What the Current Product Uses

A. Strictly Necessary Cookies and Storage

These support secure sessions, remember your consent decision and retain device preferences. They are not advertising trackers and cannot all be disabled through the optional-analytics control.

Bot protection (where enabled). Deployments that enable CAPTCHA protection load the Cloudflare Turnstile widget from challenges.cloudflare.com on public forms (for example sign-up and enquiry forms). Turnstile is a security control used to distinguish people from automated abuse; Cloudflare may set cookies or use browser storage under its own control for that purpose. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Where CAPTCHA is not configured for a deployment, the widget does not load.

B. Functional Third-Party Services

  • Web fonts (served by us). Our typefaces are served from our own domain, so a normal page view makes no font request to a third party. One exception: where a school has chosen an optional brand typeface (Manrope or Poppins) for its workspace or its own school website, that stylesheet and its font files are requested from Google (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) while you are on that school's pages — a content request that discloses your IP address and browser details to Google LLC, as any web request does. It sets no cookie on this site.
  • Page translation (Google Translate). If you use the language switcher to view the site in Hindi or Odia—or return with a saved non-English choice—the Google Website Translate widget loads from translate.google.com and translates the page in your browser. The saved choice lives in the googtrans cookie:

C. Optional Public-Site Analytics and Session Replay

Optional analytics remains off unless you choose Accept optional or enable Optional analytics in Cookie settings. Two consent-gated providers can load, each only when the deployment has configured its identifier: Google Analytics (usage analytics) and Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps, loaded from clarity.ms). Our Google Analytics integration disables Google Signals and advertising personalisation, and our event contract excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers and student records. Clarity records anonymised interaction patterns (clicks, scrolls, page structure) to help us improve the public site.

We do not currently initialize PostHog, Meta Pixel, Google Ads or LinkedIn Insight Tag in the Vidyapeeth360 frontend. If that implementation changes, this policy and the consent choices must be updated before those providers are enabled.

  • Strictly necessary cookies and storage (including bot protection where enabled): Used where needed to provide secure sessions, protect public forms from abuse, remember the consent choice and retain preferences you request.
  • Functional third-party services (translation, optional brand typeface): The translation widget and its googtrans cookie are used only when you request a translated language (or return with one saved); an optional brand typeface is requested only on the pages of a school that has selected one.
  • Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity cookies and UTM session storage: Used only after your affirmative optional-analytics consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Third-Party Providers

If you allow optional analytics, and the public deployment has the relevant identifier configured, the site loads Google Analytics from Google LLC and/or Microsoft Clarity (session replay) from Microsoft Corporation for that consented interaction. Independent of consent, the site loads the Google Translate widget when you use (or have saved) a translated language, requests an optional brand typeface from Google on the pages of a school that has selected one, and—where a deployment enables CAPTCHA—loads Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms. Our own typefaces are served from our domain and make no third-party request. See Google's Privacy Policy, Microsoft's Privacy Statement and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Beyond the consented analytics and session-replay providers named above, no marketing or advertising provider is initialized by the current frontend.

5. Managing Your Preferences

On a first visit, the public-site banner offers Necessary only, Accept optional and Manage preferences. Optional analytics is off until you opt in. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the public website footer.

Withdrawing consent prevents future analytics events, asks Google Analytics to use denied analytics storage, stops the Microsoft Clarity tag, clears stored UTM attribution and performs best-effort cleanup of first-party _ga and Clarity (_clck, _clsk) cookies; cookies set on third-party domains (such as CLID or MUID) are controlled by the provider and can be removed through your browser. You can also clear all cookies and storage through your browser's site-data controls, including the googtrans language cookie. Blocking authentication cookies in the browser will prevent secure sign-in from working.

6. Local and Session Storage

Vidyapeeth360 uses local storage for device preferences such as theme and language, a non-credential session hint, and the versioned cookie choice. Those necessary values are not sent to advertising networks. The public site's vp360_utm session-storage value is analytics-related and is written and read only after optional-analytics consent. The googtrans cookie described in Section 2 stores only the selected page language.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies we use change. Material changes will be reflected through an updated policy or consent version before a newly described optional provider is enabled.
