Request account deletion
This submits a review request for deletion of your app account and personal data that is eligible for deletion. It does not erase data immediately.
What happens after approval
- Access to the approved account will be disabled.
- Eligible personal data will be deleted or pseudonymised.
- Data that must be retained will be restricted to the required purpose and period.
The school and Vidyapeeth360 must first review legal, safeguarding, academic, employment, financial, security, and audit-retention obligations.
A student or parent request does not automatically erase another person's records. Academic, attendance, safeguarding, fee, and other statutory school records may need to be retained for the period required by applicable obligations.
You can cancel while the request is awaiting review. Cancellation is unavailable once processing starts.
