Support & onboarding
Real channels, real people — and no promises we haven’t signed.
This page lists every published way to reach Vidyapeeth360, how a question escalates, and what onboarding covers. You will not find a response-time guarantee here — those exist only in a signed schedule, never as marketing copy.
Every published channel, by purpose.
Message the primary line on WhatsApp — the channel most Indian school offices already use every day.
Chat on WhatsAppHelp Center & in-product help
Self-serve guides plus in-product help across the app; the same knowledge grounds Aira’s answers.
Browse the Help CenterHow a question escalates.
- 1
Start in the Help Center
Guides and answers for setup, migration, fees, compliance and Aira — searchable any time, no account needed.
- 2
Write to the right inbox
[email protected] for product questions from a running school; [email protected] for pricing, plans and evaluations. A written thread keeps your question and our answer on record.
- 3
Call or WhatsApp when it's urgent
The three published lines are labelled by purpose — sales, onboarding and support — and WhatsApp reaches the primary line directly.
- 4
Escalate through your onboarding contact
Every school that completes onboarding has a named path for escalation; who that is, and what it covers, is confirmed in your plan or written proposal.
What onboarding covers
- Self-serve registration, the in-app Getting Started path and the Help Center are included for every school.
- Support channels, response targets, onboarding responsibilities, migration coverage and the expected go-live timeline are confirmed for each school in its selected plan or proposal.
- Optional paid services (WhatsApp setup, gateway setup, biometric devices, Tally, custom report-card design and more) are published in the pricing cost schedule.
No uptime percentages, service credits or fixed response-time promises appear on this site — if your school needs committed targets, they belong in a signed schedule, and we will say so in the walkthrough. See the pricing page for the published cost schedule.
Ask us something specific.
A concrete question gets a concrete answer — bring your school’s situation to a call, a WhatsApp message or a demo.
