Teaching and assessment guide

Academic Management

Structure subjects and teaching assignments, prepare timetables and lessons, record assessment work and publish school-reviewed results from connected academic records.

Scope note: This page is an evaluation guide, not a separate entitlement. The guide groups reviewed academic capabilities; external meeting, board configuration and authorised publication boundaries remain explicit.

Guided product passage

See the workflow and what it produces.

Move manually between a visual product-story context, the reviewed workflow and a route-specific outcome. Where a current renderer or route capture exists, Outcome keeps it beside the clearly illustrative summary.

Illustrative product-story gallery · synthetic sample data · not a live customer screen The complete product-story frame is shown unfiltered, with three labelled crops from that same frame. It explains related context rather than claiming to be a live or exact product screen; theme selection changes only the surrounding website chrome.

The work, stage by stage

Follow the work, not a menu.

Where a reviewed catalogue route directly explains a stage, it is linked below. Some shipped capability stages do not have a separate public catalogue page.

Evaluation questions

Know the boundary before rollout.

Plan, provider, role and data dependencies are confirmed for your school during the review.

Does the timetable publish automatically?

No. The constraint solver produces a draft for review; authorised staff decide what is saved and published.

Does Online Classes include a built-in video platform?

No. Teachers supply an external Zoom, Meet or Teams link; Vidyapeeth360 organises the schedule and learning material around it.

Can students submit homework in the app?

The current reviewed scope is teacher-recorded submission status and read-only family/student views, not learner self-upload.

Does one configuration cover every Indian board?

The product supports board-aware grading and reporting, but the school's exact board, stage and template requirements are reviewed before rollout.
