Teaching communication guide

Assignment & Notices

Plan class work, record its progress and publish school communication through the appropriate reviewed workflow instead of mixing every message into one channel.

Scope note: This page is an evaluation guide, not a separate entitlement. The guide groups separate teaching and communication capabilities; it does not imply learner uploads, automatic approval or identical evidence across channels.

Guided product passage

See the workflow and what it produces.

Move manually between a visual product-story context, the reviewed workflow and a route-specific outcome. Where a current renderer or route capture exists, Outcome keeps it beside the clearly illustrative summary.

Channel-specific delivery evidence

Communication half of the guide: audience-scoped notices and channel-specific delivery evidence. Assignment work remains teacher-recorded in the example outcome.

Illustrative product-story gallery · synthetic sample data · not a live customer screen The complete product-story frame is shown unfiltered, with three labelled crops from that same frame. It explains related context rather than claiming to be a live or exact product screen; theme selection changes only the surrounding website chrome.

The work, stage by stage

Follow the work, not a menu.

Where a reviewed catalogue route directly explains a stage, it is linked below. Some shipped capability stages do not have a separate public catalogue page.

Evaluation questions

Know the boundary before rollout.

Plan, provider, role and data dependencies are confirmed for your school during the review.

Can students upload assignment files themselves?

Not in the current reviewed public scope. Teachers create the work and record whether it was received; student and parent homework views are read-only.

Are notices, announcements and circulars the same record?

No. The guide groups them for evaluation, while each canonical capability page explains its own audience and publishing boundary.

Can Vidyapeeth360 send every update over WhatsApp?

Only when the school has configured an eligible provider, approved templates and consent controls. The same update may use another configured channel instead.

Does an AI draft publish automatically?

No. Supported drafting remains reviewable; an authorised person decides whether to publish or send.
